I would just like to say that Cara is a credit to Gatling solicitors. I am a first time buyer and was quite nervous about the whole process of buying the house and dealing with the legal aspects of this. Cara was professional and always prompt with responding to queries I had. She was respectful in her emails and made sure to do the job to a professional standard. I don't often write reviews for services but Cara went above and beyond and I feel this review should recognise her efforts. I wish her all the best in her career as a solicitor and Gatling Solicitors is a credit to have her under their team. I used Mehmoona for the purchase of an investment property. Honestly, I have never come across anyone more competent in their role. The attention to detail, communication and advice provided throughout the transaction was great. This was a headache free purchase due to the service provided by Mehmoona. Overall a great experience with our house purchase. This was our first time buying a home and Gatlings were very helpful during several rocky patches with the purchase. The seller's solicitors were difficult when it came to gathering information relating to issues with the properties records, but Samuel pursued them tirelessly in order to gather the required info. Additionally, Alex was kind enough to help us locate key info relating to the PV system installed at the property after our completion, which saved us extra expense recovering this from the installers. This was going above and beyond and was greatly appreciated. Communication was excellent throughout. We'd certainly be happy to utilise their services in the future.

Sam has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process of buying our house. He kept us informed at every stage, answered all our questions quickly, and made the experience far less stressful than we expected. We’re very grateful for his help and would highly recommend him.
