Pushy sales tactics. Lack of basic legal knowledge. Ambiguous contract resulting in them constantly asking for additional payment upfront. Promise you the earth and fail at first hurdle.

People who work there don’t see the whole picture at all, they are more worried about payments than for the services they provide. They don't understand the system of domestic abuse, thanks to their "legal assistance", the obviously winning case with support from various state authorities, turned as a conflict in the family, where the aggressor continues to put pressure on the victim and manipulate the common child.
