Mr Seerat Ali - Hands Down A 100% Recommend For Spouse Visa Cases!

Mr Seerat Ali from Adam Bernard Solicitors is knowledgeable and gives straight advice.

My son who is a British Pakistani National got married to a Pakistani National living in China. We could not register the marriage in China, but there was one option of getting the marriage ceremony conducted via zoom in Pakistan, and getting the marriage registered by the witnesses in Pakistan by providing them letters authority to sign on the bride and grooms behalf and to register on their behalf in Pakistan.

We spoke with many solicitors who advised us different things, about whether the marriage would be legal or not, and most all of them just didn't know and gave us conflicting advice, including that the marriage must take place in Pakistan, that zoom marriage was not allowed, that spouse visa was out of question and we should invite on fiancee visa first and then pay them again for spouse visa.

Needless to say were very confused as what was best course of action to take after speaking with over 15 solicitor firms in the Greater Manchester and north west region, who all advised something different, and none sounded sure about their own advice.

Finally we tried Adam Bernard a London firm when we were in Manchester and we spoke with Mr Ali. He gave us categorical directions as to what would constitute a marriage and advice that we could follow to ensure we were not jeopardising chances of calling my sons wife-to-be on a spouse Visa after the Nikah Ceremony and not on a fiancee visa as most everyone else had advised. Following that free advice (as we had not instructed Mr Ali at that time) we proceeded to China and my son and his fiancee got married. We all celebrated the marriage and returned to the UK. Once back in UK we approached a firm ranking number 1 in the country for immigration on this platform as they were Manchester based to proceed with the case. They first took the case but ahead of accepting payment, they refused to take it on as they felt it was high risk of being denied. They consulted their Barrister and told me he felt the same. I then approached Mr Ali again on whose advice we had gone to China and proceeded. Just under 2 months later my daughter-in-law has her spouse Visa. Thank you Mr Ali. You gave clarity when advice was foggy. You shone light where all seemed dark. You gave hope where others dampened it. You held belief in your knowledge when others doubted their own. I highly highly highly recommend you to all and everyone who reads this.

I was extremely scared regarding my traffic offences and was told I am facing a ban and will lose my license. I came to Adam Bernard for legal advice regarding my motor offences.
