When I set about a Sole Application Divorce I believed all the blurb about it being a quick and easy process. And my belief was that since my wife and I were agreed on a financial solution that there would be few hoops to jump through. And I was wrong about that. The way the Family Courts operate was not what I expected and what they require from each individual was very far from what I expected.

But I knew I ought to have some legal guidance anyway, and contacted Alexandra.
