Doesn't matter the reason why you contact this firm, and how long between these calls. In my case always no capacity. So today. The joke is I called yesterday regarding the possibility of a multiple claim with no less of 20 people up to 40/45 people, with 100% otherwise why bother to call 1 of the top in London for this kind of claim. Think of Erin Brockovic type of claim, even better when it's on a Corrupted Council, hundreds pounds to make and yet the receptionist Elia even asking for details and the smell of Sterlings for the company, here comes No Capacity. Doesn't sound right and this is the difference between 2011 and 2026. Gold turned Copper
