For the past two and a half years I've worked with Anthony Argyrou of Anthony Louca Solicitors, this after my three year old daughter was taken to the UK by the mother where she then cut contact. I reside in Spain. Anthony's vast knowledge of international and English law proved invaluable as he guided me through the process of soliciting documents from the Spanish Justice Department in Spain. With those documents and the assistance of the International Child Abduction and Contact Unit in Spain, Anthony was able to lodge my case with ICACU in England and then guide me through the process of applying for Legal Aid. Anthony then brought an urgent application to the High Court in London on my behalf, whereby the case was recognised and then registered in the English legal system. The case was then transferred to the court in York and then again transferred to a county court in the area where my child now resides. All in all ten hearings have been held and in each of those, Anthony's guidance, support and professionalism have been unwavering. Anthony somehow, magically was always able to find me the most amazing barristers to represent me in court and as a result of those actions I now have daily contact with my child and the lion's share of the school holidays. Anthony is a kind, thoughtful and caring man. I highly recommend his and his company's services.

I am from the US. I was visiting my wife’s family in England when they decided to shut me out and retain my daughter. After trying family counseling, mediation, and being dragged through the mud, I finally decided to hire a solicitor and file a Hague Convention application.

I called and spoke with multiple solicitors that deal with Hague cases and Anthony was the only one that seemed to genuinely care and understand the urgency required for my situation. I arrived at his office with my sister and all of our luggage. Sasha and Anthony were very kind. Anthony is very knowledgeable and immediately put me at some ease with his very obvious experience.

 I returned to the US and for 7 months worked with Ceylan Kahya of their firm. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and an absolute blessing to work with. Even when I know I was being difficult, Ceylan was always kind, caring, and collected. Ceylan also went above and beyond helping me with knowledge and guidance on some of the other court elements that I ended up dealing with that were not covered by my legal-aid (like a divorce petition that was wrongly filed). After fighting an unprecedented 4 fabricated defenses, we won unequivocally against all 4. I am eternally grateful to this firm and the amazing work that they do. 

 Incredibly experienced, calm, caring, and knowledgable. I’ve sadly dealt with a lot of legal situations in my lifetime and I can hands down say that this was this was the best team of representation I have ever had.
