A man was left to himself with no support. Staff member couldn't even photocopy vital and important documents properly. Firm was mainly interested in getting hold of legal aid payments rather than supporting the client. Firm suggested a barrister whose poor performance led to an innocent client being convicted, and then made excuses afterwards and did nothing to further help. AVOID.

I approached ALH Solicitors and desperately needed assistance regaridng an urgent family matter . Ubfortinatly unable to cover any legal cost what really amased me was the profesionall approach of the head of the family department Miss Enida Myftari . I explained to her my problem and she gave me the best advice to tackle my legal issue . I strongly and highly tecommend Miss Myftari because not only she is very experwinced and passioner about her work but ovetall she goes extra length to support people in need

The receptionist is abrupt and impolite but I met the solicitor and she seemed knowledgeable and helpful so I appointed her. Then she went silent. Emails, phone calls, voicemails and text messages, all ignored. After 10 days, I went back to the office and after a very long wait she came out and said that she had been busy with another case. No apology for the ghosting but said that she would contact me within a day or 2. Then silence again. After another 10 days of waiting I gave up and went elsewhere.
