After being let down by another firm, Burlingtons took on our case purchasing a house and did a fantastic job. Our solicitor Elin Lee was extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient. We were able to complete the purchase within just 5 weeks. Elin was easy to communicate with and was able to answer any of our questions. If you are looking for a solicitor engaging in a small talk and a chit-chat, then Fionan may be not the best choice for you. However, if you are looking for a meticulous and pedantic solicitor, who leaves no stone unturned at his matter, producing the work of high calibre, then you will enjoy working with Fionan and will have good results.
I am fascinated by Fionans's structured approach and am truly grateful for the sale of a flat, completed under his oversight.

I cannot praise or thank Mr. Fionan Foo, Partner, highly enough for his incredible efficiency, expertise, and pivotal role in the conveyancing of the flat I purchased. He was absolutely instrumental in getting the deal over the line after my previous solicitor let me down at the eleventh hour. Mr. Foo proved to be exceptionally thorough and dedicated, often working on my file well outside normal office hours, including weekends.
