There is such a thing as a Super-Solicitor.
After approaching three previous solicitors who said they could not help me with my difficult "missing non-compliant joint freeholder" issue that was preventing me from selling my flat, I was fortunate to somehow find my way to Richard Morris, a solicitor at Candey Law. However, Mr Morris is not just 'a solicitor.' From the get-go during our first phone call (in which I was extremely tearful because of the on-going nature of the problem) Mr Morris remained kind, patient, measured, compassionate and thoroughly positive about the outcome. It was not a straightforward sale and during the bumps Mr Richard and his assistants Latasha and Julie shouldered the burden for me.
Today the sale completed. It is not an exaggeration to say that Mr Morris has changed my life. It is the first day in about four years that I feel free from anxiety.
I don't believe any other solicitor would have been able to bring about the successful outcome that Mr Morris has. I am forever indebted to him and his team. I will never be able to thank Candey enough.
