We hired Clicklaw in December 2021 to help us resolve our mortgage issue with a Cyprus Bank. We were kept up to date throughout the process even though months went by and nothing seemed to be happening. The process was very lengthy and at times seemed like we were never going to get to the end. But we finally reached the end in July 2024, We are extremely grateful to George and Maria for all the work they did on our behalf to finally put an end to this matter.

Lawyers & Key Representatives from Click Law Partners worked hard to help a group of us settle a complicated case of mortgage mis-selling with several banks. Although it took a long time, they finally achieved as good a result as they could get for us. We are grateful to George Kounis and his team for negotiating a final settlement for us, so that we can now close this chapter. They were professional and communicative over the years this case took. They always responded to our emails which we ensured were always pertinent and not time-wasting, given there were so many claimants to take care of.

We were part of a class action against Cyprus Banks who provided foreign currency mortgages to overseas buyers. We commenced our case in 2016 and it was a lengthy process in finally achieving settlement seven (7) years later. We would state, however, that this action contained many hundreds of cases and CLP had a very significant workload in dealing with all clients. Patience was certainly required, but throughout, the service provide by George Kounis and the CLP Team was comprehensive, thorough and communicated through written updates and online seminars. This was an extremely complex and time-intensive negotiation but ultimately we were delighted with the outcome CLP reached on our behalf in our settlement with the Cypriot bank. CLP saved us a very significant amount of money in reaching settlement of our mortgage and we would never have achieved this without their intervention. I would not hesitate in recommending CLP for similar work in the future.

Quite a few firms to choose from who might be able to help with my case. Was sweet talked into Click Law Partners with promises of great things to come and their ability to negotiate on my behalf. Sadly came to the conclusion that a one man band would never be able to deliver and was forced to disengage from the firm. By the way, they said that if I didn't disengage they would charge a fee of £1,000 to carry out the disengagement. I did it myself for free. It only took me 15 minutes online.

After being persuaded by Mr G Kounis to join Click Law Partners (CLP) and after many years with this firm, trying to resolve the Cyprus property fiasco, it came to a point that CLP had no more interest in our case and forced us to disengage from their service. We, as clients, were not able obtain straight answers to our enquiries other than " you must trust us to do the work for you". It has been a very expensive exercise both in terms of money and time.
