Our first contact with Lisa was through the conveyancing of our first property ten years ago. We were so impressed by her work that we had no hesitation to ask her to manage two transactions this time (the sale of our first property and purchase of our family home). Going through a chain transaction is a stressful experience even when the process is plain sailing let alone when the ride gets bumpy or worse. Lisa was someone we could trust 100% to advise, represent and organise us during the different stages of the process. Lisa’s proactive approach meant that we were always one step ahead of the game anticipating what’s coming and being ready to respond or provide the paperwork needed promptly. Lisa’s professionalism, thorough attention to detail and perseverance stood us in good stead in our communications with all parties including two estate agents, two different solicitors and a management company. During a low point when we started to lose faith in the sincerely of our buyer Lisa offered a calm and collected assessment of the situation going through options and ways of managing further communications. She answered all our questions without fail and became our rock throughout the process. There are not enough words to convey how impressed we are with Lisa’s caring and professional conduct from start to finish. She is simply the best and she will always be our number one choice.

Just completed on what felt like a complex flat sale due to a 3rd party. I can recommend Daniel Gower who worked intently on this matter. Daniel was actually on holiday when we finally exchanged and completed, and left everything in place before his leave. Philip Hitchcox took over was extremely professional and super efficient until we finally completed. Philip has a very direct contact approach which I particularly appreciated.

We recently used this firm for the second time during a house move, and once again they were excellent throughout. One common complaint about solicitors is slow communication, but Susanna was the complete opposite — she replied incredibly quickly, was proactive in chasing the chain and pushing the move forward, and kept us fully informed every step of the way.
