Unfortunately, my husband, an EU national had been issued with a one stop notice by the Home Office. I completed the appeal form and we had a hearing date set for August 2023. Prior to this, the Home Office issued a Deportation Order. This made me panic and I felt that we needed support from a solicitor.
Fortunately, I was given the phone number of Samir Shah, who supported us from that point until recently when the Home Office informed us that they were no longer seeking deportation. From day one, Samir was thorough, transparent and patient. He explained the different possible outcomes clearly which allowed us to understand what might happen and decide on how we wanted to proceed. The fee when we instructed Samir to act on our behalf and there was no deviation from this.
Samir contacted the Home Office on multiple occasions and it was a relief to have someone supporting us who knew who to contact. This is something I had tried to do myself but came up against a brick wall. Samir was relentless with his requests for the Home Office to remove the tracking device and stop the deportation order and at the beginning of this year, we finally got the news we’d been hoping for.
Throughout the whole process, Samir was available to discuss any questions that we had by phone or by email. The responses we were given were always very clear and detailed.
I’d like to take this opportunity to thank Samir for his support - it was invaluable to us. If you do need an immigration solicitor, I would highly recommend Samir Shah.

My Lawyer, is welcoming, he received I and my daughter very well the first day to his office. When I complained about not having enough money to pay the home office and his services, he told me, to pay the home office first and later the company. He is very thorough, responds to any correspondence promptly. Gives accurate information on immigration matters. I am impressed and happy😃 I thank him and his colleagues in the office, any message in his absence, will surely be delivered to him . The team work in that office is surperb.

My friend recommended me to pay a visit to DJ Webb & Co and I did. I made an application under privet & family life and my applications was little complicated. But it was a successful application. The main reason which I like to point out so that people go to right place to get a peaceful service. I have been to many solicitor and they hardly discuss your mater with you deeply to understand. When you submit your application you expect to get update and want to know what’s going on with your matter like what home office said and what reply your representative provided to home office. Unfortunately you don’t get that from majority of the firm and they show attitude.
Mr Samir Shah of ‘DJ Webb & Co’ who was my representative. Gentleman have ‘0’ attitude, plain & simple guy but he is not plain in his immigration filed. I was really satisfied the way he dealt with my matter and each and every time he updated me and I was peaceful because I know what’s going on with my application. Simply E-mail him and he will get back to you. He himself is the reason why you should choose Mr Samir shah.
If you’re suffering from immigration matter and looking for a right person to represent you then I am strongly recommending you Mr Samir shah.
Pay a visit and I believe you won’t be disappointed.
