My son used this solicitor. He had great experiences with the company years ago. Big mistake!!!! Sarj Patel was brilliant before but would not recommend his wife Tina Patel especially if you are legal aid client. She is lazy, unprofessional and has NO Idea what she is doing.

Phone up my old friend, Daryl Ingram for some advice for my daughter spoke to Sarge and spoken to him for years. Couldn’t help me enough 10 out of 10 still on the ball happy New Year to the whole of the office

Unprepared, rude, lazy - we could go on. Come on Darryl, Tina Patel is pulling your company down. Her husband, Sarg is very good - is he able to teach her how to do her job? Or is this a case of nepotism - stand by her at all costs despite all the negative reviews. Filed on behalf of Michael Moloney bona fide client who did not receive a questionnaire

My experiences interacting office of not DARRYl lINGRAM& CoSOLIcitors not much to say I just went dear to asked one question and they could not help me I would not say good are bad because I do not know the owner to me he could be the security but it went alright I do not have a foto of this building because i was passing true blessings E .CHRISTIE👏👏👏🙏

Whilst I stand by my comments below, my son has been in contact with Sarj Patel for some advice. As previously stated I have nothing but good things to say about him and once again he is on the ball. If you must use this solicitors please ensure he is involved. By the way the statement below from the company saying the issue was resolved with us by Ms Patel is untrue. She has never ever contacted us. However, we are willing to try again based purely on our interactions with Sarj and previously with Daryl himself.
My son had Tina Patel as a solicitor - absolutely useless 🤬. She is unprepared, always saying she is too busy, leaves everything to the last minute and clearly has NO idea how to do her job to a satisfactory standard. We have used this company before and indeed over 20 years ago we couldn’t recommend them highly enough especially Darryl himself and Sarj Patel. It’s a great pity Tina doesn’t have the same ethic as her husband. Do Not use them if you can find someone else to take the case. We wish we had read the reviews before using. I see she, Tina is claiming clients who write poor reviews are not bona fide - I think that sums up the attitude you will be met with.
I also find it a bit strange that the owner responses to good reviews are very nice but negative reviews are deemed false. Before I am criticised for this I have posted it on behalf of my son Michael Moloney who was a bonafide client. We have been left with no help, information etc which we can cope with. However we have been trying to get responses on behalf of Michael’s 12 year old son who is distraught.

Not sure how it was rated one star I selected 5 stars disappointed that I could not give a higher star rating. I have sent in the questionnaire. I am very pleased with the services of Darryl Ingram and co. Always have been I also recommend the firm to everyone.
I highly recommend Sarj Patel. BUSS CASE ALWAYS!
