Great communication, clear and consistent

After reading the past reviews I was skeptical about Daryl Ingram representing my partner’s mother, however I can say that the negative reviews are not a true representation and should not put you off using this firm.

My experience so far has been great, Tina’s communication has been consistent throughout as she has kept us updated at all stages of the process and informed of the next steps etc, she is easy to get hold of if we have any questions and has been super helpful. I would recommend Daryl Ingram and Tina personally to anyone in need of a solicitor to support their case.

My son used this solicitor. He had great experiences with the company years ago. Big mistake!!!! Sarj Patel was brilliant before but would not recommend his wife Tina Patel especially if you are legal aid client. She is lazy, unprofessional and has NO Idea what she is doing.

Phone up my old friend, Daryl Ingram for some advice for my daughter spoke to Sarge and spoken to him for years. Couldn’t help me enough 10 out of 10 still on the ball happy New Year to the whole of the office

Unprepared, rude, lazy - we could go on. Come on Darryl, Tina Patel is pulling your company down. Her husband, Sarg is very good - is he able to teach her how to do her job? Or is this a case of nepotism - stand by her at all costs despite all the negative reviews. Filed on behalf of Michael Moloney bona fide client who did not receive a questionnaire
