Slow responses
I have been a client for few years and in general they are good and professional , but they are so slow in responding on emails and its like they don't have a time line or a schedule for each client and as a result this will delay my case and we start rushing like a marathon at the last few days or even hours to fit my case with our deadline .
Also I always need to get back to them for mistakes in my papers or in some information and this is due to the large gaps that I get from sending my message and then getting a response .
We pay a lot of money , the fixed fees are so high , yet what I get is not even equal to my amount of money paid .
