Billur and Desis were excellent. I had the misfortune to sell a property which took nearly a year before the buyer eventually withdrew, and then managed to remarket and sell very quickly (before the rise in stamp duty) and buy somewhere else. And while watching other people struggle to get answers from their solicitors, struggle to speak to them, get answers to emails, Billur and Desis were always either available or would get back to me as soon as they were able. 10/10

A sterling job from Raju and team, on top of everything, very good communication, very efficient, great to push things along, all completed on time which was hugely appreciated. We recently bought our home and worked with Afshan Malik as our solicitor — I cannot recommend her highly enough. Her work was extremely diligent, thorough, and always on time. She was highly responsive throughout, which is rare and so appreciated in this kind of process.
What stood out even more was how Afshan went above and beyond her formal responsibilities. Despite challenges from the seller’s solicitors, she proactively engaged with third parties (not just the seller’s side) to resolve documentation issues and ensure everything was in order before exchange and completion. This was work she could have charged extra for post-completion, but she chose instead to resolve it upfront for our benefit — a testament to her commitment and integrity.
We’re incredibly happy with her service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

few months ago i left my 1 star review which i removed as leadenhall reached out to resolve and compensate for taking 11 months to complete the sale on our flat. we have had no response as of yet so i will leave this here to give them a nudge and if no contact is made i will leave a full review on the nightmare we endured including the total loss of money.
