Great solicitor support for my first apartment purchase
Zahra has given me a great support for my first apartment purchase all the way through this long process. She was able to answer my questions in due time. Above all, she paid a very specific attention to details on the leased contract and didn't hesitate to chase the different parties when some points needed to be reviewed or amended.

Fantastic service from Zahra and Sajitha
My partner and I have just gone through a complicated property transaction, with difficult parties involved. Really professional service
We worked with Leadenhall and the team on a house purchase. Everything went through successfully and quickly. The team were professional and diligent, and very quick to respond. They used an app which was really easy to navigate. Would recommend!

Got the job done
Leadenhall got the job done, but I never felt fully informed along the way. I had to chase my solicitor for answers on most occasions and it took 5-7 days per reply. I suggested a booked phone call to go through everything but this seemed unusual to them. So we played email ping pong for months. And when I did get them on the phone, it was abrupt and they spoke too fast. I didn’t feel like they took the time to explain. Being my first purchase I was hoping they would pre-empt some of the standard questions, but their approach was more, ‘here’s 45 documents, have a read and let us know any questions..’ anyway, they got the job done and I’m pleased but it could have been more transparent and friendly.
