The document management system used by the firm was very helpful, keeping us updated on the solicitor’s progress and sending notifications directly to our email inbox. This system provided transparency and made it easier to stay informed.
However, there were a few areas where we felt there was room for improvement. At times, we wished there was more frequent communication, even if just to update us on pending matters like “we are still awaiting responses for x or y…”. This would have provided additional peace of mind.
Additionally, it would have been beneficial to receive reminders about the costs involved with certain decisions when presented with options. This extra layer of information would help clients make more informed choices without needing to refer back to the initial quote.
