We recently enlisted the services of a conveyancing solicitor for the purchase of a flat, and overall, it was a good experience. The communication throughout the process was commendable, with the solicitor taking the time to explain the entire procedure in detail before providing a quote. This initial clarity set a positive tone for our collaboration.

Johnny, our solicitor, was particularly effective in responding to our queries promptly, which reassured us during what can be a stressful time. The document management system used by the firm was very helpful, keeping us updated on the solicitor’s progress and sending notifications directly to our email inbox. This system provided transparency and made it easier to stay informed.

However, there were a few areas where we felt there was room for improvement. At times, we wished there was more frequent communication, even if just to update us on pending matters like “we are still awaiting responses for x or y…”. This would have provided additional peace of mind.

Additionally, it would have been beneficial to receive reminders about the costs involved with certain decisions when presented with options. This extra layer of information would help clients make more informed choices without needing to refer back to the initial quote.

Despite these minor issues, our overall experience with the solicitor was positive. We appreciated the professionalism, timely responses, and effective use of technology to keep us informed. We would recommend their services to others looking for reliable conveyancing assistance.

Could not have been easier. Although it was a very straightforward house sale (one owner, no mortgage, no sitting tenants) I had not expected things to go this well.
