Buying and selling is never plane sailing and in my life I ve had serveral homes, yet since lock down the mortage companies are becoming very demanding .There were some unusual demands from over 33 years ago documentation wanted by mortage company. yet I had only lived in my home for 16 years , even though planning permission had be given in the late 1980's that was not enough which was not easiely resolved and i had to get a structural suveryor and pay out £1000 which was not budgeted for , this was annoying but needed to move the sale on . Then my buyers last minute wanted to change their mortage to get a lower interst rate so our exchange date kept moving was very stressful especailly as i was selling alone no partner to help take the stress as well . Solicitors handled well and pushed through an excange and fast completetion as I and my seller did not want to pay another month of high interest on our mortages.

A complete and professional experience
