Completion achieved before Christmas
Was very nervous as I switched from a bad experience with a previous solicitor and three instances where I had to walk away from purchases due to severe faults being identified in surveyor's reports. This experience of finalising my purchase was less stressful.
The only recommendation I will make is that information provided should be clear in advance, especially where documents can only be sent via recorded delivery - given that sometimes, timescales may be a little pressurised.
