Absolutely seamless process
Rhianna was amazing throughout the entire sales process. From the start she kept me updated throughout the process, actioned any items I asked her too and was absolutely pleasant to work with. I advised her I wanted to move in two months which is really quick in terms of market but she made it possible. Despite some hiccups in the case not of her fault, she ensured all these were taken care off and that I could still move in time. Thanks so much again Rhianna

House Purchase
Leadenhall Law group was engaged for a relatively simple house purchase. While the purchase was complete successfully the overall process was frustrating. A number of factors that contributed to this include:
- multiple instances of being asked for paperwork that had already been provided.
- forgot to advice that parents required a back ground check for the gift contribution. This resulted in a unneeded scramble to sort out before the completion date
- on calls there was a clear lack of knowledge about the specifics of my case.
- slow although this is understandable as it is as around the changes to first time buyers stamp duty

Back To Back TOE
As an introducer who has referred to LLG for many years now, this is the second time I have appointed LLG for personal matters. Abi & Rhianna were assigned to the case. It was an incredibly sensitive transaction and they did their best to manage it with care and compassion. Although things started off well with Abi, I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism and initial level of response in her communication. Unfortunately response in communication suffered and Abi did not get back to me on many occasions during the transaction which meant I had to chase several times. This caused undue stress that could have been avoided, hence the main reason for taking off 2 stars.
However, for LLG this is not the first time I had experienced something similar. During the first transaction a few years back I instructed LLG to carry out a simple TOE with a different solicitor - and the communication was awful. This is LLG's main downfall. The firm really need to improve as a whole - right from higher management. This is also the common complaint with my clients who have been referred previously. Each and every time on both personal and introduced referrals I am promised by the MD things will be better next time. But it seems things still need to improve here.
In contrast Rhianna I can't fault, she answered my calls, making that part of the transaction less stressful. Which truly helped given my father has dementia and is of old age. Rhianna was professional and brilliant when it came to explaining things to my father.
Overall both solicitors were professional and we got to the desired outcome. Thanks.
