Communicative and swift
Gilmour worked on both the sale of my flat and the purchase of our house. I was really impressed with how quickly he worked and with how communicative he was. Also, he was pretty much very easy to get hold of whenever I had a question and if he missed a call would invariably call back or email. I felt like I was in good hands at all times and when things slowed down due to the other side’s solicitors Gilmour really did his utmost to get things moving and keep us on schedule. Furthermore Gilmour was always polite, friendly and professional. I’d definitely recommend him.

Very efficient service
Leadenhall were recommended to me as they had a good working relationship with our estate agent. Almost everything was completed online which was very convenient for me. I had regular updates and if I had any queries, I got a prompt reply.
I would definitely recommend Leadenhall Solicitors for conveyancing.

Gilmour is exceptional
From start to finish Gilmour was brilliant. He is the BEST solicitor we have ever dealt with. He is incredibly professional, responsive and diligent. Across our three transactions, two sales and a purchase, his service never faltered. He was approachable and broke things down for us, making it easy to understand, which is a skill I have never seen in a solicitor because the language is very confusing. Because of our experience working with Gilmour we would happily use Leadenhall Law Group in the future. He deserves a promotion, he is an utter gem.

2 flat sales & 1 house purchase
We were originally given another solicitor who didn't provide the service we would have expected. We were glad that our cases got transferred and I have to say Gilmour was simply amazing. It wasn't an easy process in selling 2 separate leasehold flats, but he worked tirelessly to catch up on the 2 months missed by the prior solicitor, He is a true testimony to Leadenhall Law Group, and really changed our negative to a positive experience. He always answered emails and calls in a timely manner and was patient in explaining the steps and what was required by everyone every step of the way! Thank you Gilmour for everything

Gilmour Machado
Gilmour was a brilliant professional in the process and communicated effectively. After a pretty poor start to the process I was unhappy with the firm's approach and service, however, Gilmour took over my case and I am very glad he did as he was the only reason my purchase went through. Would highly recommend Gilmour.
