My experience with Edwin Coe LLP has been nothing short of a disgrace. This firm, along with Joanna Osborne, Christopher Berry, Emma Gregory, and Megan Harding, has demonstrated shocking incompetence, unethical behavior, and outright disrespect toward me as a client.
From the beginning, they mishandled my case, offering no clear direction or competent legal advice. Joanna Osborne and Christopher Berry failed to act in my best interests, while Emma Gregory and Megan Harding ignored my concerns and treated me with utter disdain.
Their billing practices are nothing short of predatory. Edwin Coe has charged me an amount that far exceeds the value of the case itself—a clear indication of their greed and unethical approach. They have shown no transparency in their invoices, inflating costs at every opportunity.
Worse still, members of their team had the audacity to call me a liar and label me as "st*pid." This level of unprofessionalism and outright disrespect is unacceptable and has caused me significant emotional distress.
Their internal disorganization made matters even worse. I was forced to repeat myself countless times to different team members who had no idea what was happening with my case. It was clear they lacked any coherent strategy or communication, which only added to my frustration and financial losses.
I have since reported Edwin Coe LLP to the Legal Ombudsman for their appalling conduct. Their actions have caused me financial and emotional harm, and their unethical practices must be held accountable.
Avoid this firm at all costs. They are a disgrace to the legal profession, and their team—including Osborne, Berry, Gregory, and Harding—should not be trusted to handle any legal matter. I strongly advise anyone considering Edwin Coe LLP to look elsewhere for competent and ethical representation.
