Savvas Eracleous of Eracleous & McKenna LLP is an exceptional solicitor. Since my first encounter with him in 2018, the team have gone above and beyond and supported me in ways I would never have expected from any solicitor. Savvas and his partner are the most caring, understanding solicitors you could meet. I feel that they just don't only care about the business but genuinely care about helping me and others in any way possible. Savvas over the years has gone above and beyond to ensure that whatever I needed, he made sure to get me the best solutions. I cannot thank him enough over the years.
The entire team including the administrative lead is the warmest lady, always full of smiles and makes you feel welcome. I have felt genuine care from the team like a family. I would recommend the firm to anyone.

E&M Solicitors were exceptional with the sale of our house. Menca and Mohammed in particular were always helpful and answered calls and emails very quickly. We felt they worked with us by creating a very trusting relationship and took the lead at the right times.

I used E&M solicitors following a recommendation. Menca McKenna was the solicitor working on my case. I purchased a house on auction and unfortunately we inherited a few problems on the way which meant we could not complete in time and there was a risk of losing our deposit. Menca is a very experienced and professional legal practictioner and therefore was able to complete a rather complicated transaction smoothly. She was amazing throughout, always kept me informed along the way. The whole process was extremely stressful as a first time buyer and I'm glad I used E&M solicitors; they were all so friendly and polite. I highly recommend E&M 110000% . I will definitely continue using their services.
