The team was consistently friendly and approachable, which made communication easy and pleasant throughout my property purchase. I appreciated their willingness to respond to queries and their polite manner. However, the process took much longer than expected, almost six months, which was quite stressful at times. There were moments where I felt I had to be more involved than I should have been, including reviewing documents to catch and correct errors myself. While I understand that conveyancing can be complex, I would have appreciated more attention to detail and clearer updates along the way. Overall, the experience was mixed. The personal touch was there, but the service could benefit from stronger quality control and more proactive communication. With a few improvements, I believe they could offer a much more reliable and reassuring experience.
