Last year we were involved in the sale of a property which was an absolute nightmare due to the incompetence of the legal team involved. It was resolved only this year although we lost the sale and a lot of money. Hawkins Law were recommended to us by a friend and they have been a breath of fresh air. The level of professionalism has been first class. They are always available either by phone or by email they have been there. We have now experienced two transactions with them and the level of professionalism has been consistent throughout. Everything has been handled within a very good space of time. This is the second time I have used Hawkins Law and again they have been excellent. My first sale I had Mohshin. This time it was Aqilah. Again the service was first class. Delays were not down to them but they persevered and finally got the sale over the line. I would recommend them to anyone needing to buy or sell a property.

This company did the impossible !!!!!! They managed to get our house purchase over the line when it was looking very bleak!!! We purchased at auction and the other side were so unhelpful and unaccomodating with shoddy paperwork and legal pack, however, Mr Patel kept on plodding through all the endless mistakes and problems and finally completed when it was looking like we were not only going to lose the house but nearly £50,000 to !!!! Absolutly brilliant work by Hawkins team !!!!!!
