Delay cause they did not Respond the Land and Registry request
I completed the purchase of my property in early 2023 and Healys was my solicitor as recommended by the estate agent. During the buying process, they were quite slow to respond to my question and inquiry. However the real issue come after the completion. In February 2025 the Land and registry ask them for additional information in order to update change title registry to my name. My solicitor did not respond. The new deadline the land and registry give them is 13th of June which is in 10 days. If they don't respond by then my application will be cancel and I will have to find a new solicitor to get it sorted. I emailed them but they did not respond. I call them but got send to voicemail and I left a message but they also did not respond.
I am at risk of spending money twice because Healys did not sort out my case property.Now Nic and Gabija, the solicitor that was responsible for my buying have left the firm so I have no point of contact.
