Nobody likes using solicitors, even for something like buying a house where you absolutely have to But Healy's have made it straightforward, explaining everything when asked and have been "on it" 100% from start to finish. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Healys solicitors regarding a party wall matter. Despite paying £1020 for their services, they failed to carry out the work as promised. The firm showed a complete lack ig interest in my case and did not provide the help I needed. Their actions not only delayed the resolution of my party wall issue but also sabotaged my own interests . When they finally informed me that it was too late to proceed , it was a matter that could have been communicated in a single sentence from the beginning, as the Solictor "R" was fully aware of the time from the beginning.
Additionally , after contacting them to request a refund, one of the firms solicitors who is a partner, sent me a letter stating that they would take legal proceedings against me should I write a review. Despite this intimidation, I believe I have the right to share my honest experience.
Upon looking at other reviews across the internet , I noticed a number of clients had similar experiences, indicating a pattern of unprofessional conduct. I would not recommend this firm to anyone seeking reliable and professional legal assistance.

Disappointed how the team handled, NHS wills. These are provided free of charge by lots of companies. This was never suggested, and very sadly 600£ charged plus interest despite conversations about not wanting to go ahead with it.

I'm a first time buyer and the entire process seemed quite daunting to me. My broker Ross Culley of Capricorn recommended John's services and greatly praised his extremely professional attitude and work ethics, and I can only second his words: John provided absolutely outstanding service, explaining each and every step of the rather complex process in my particular case, he gave me extremely valuable advise, informed and warned me about potential issues making sure they were fully resolved before proceeding. Most importantly, while I have heard about solicitors not replying to their clients for weeks or even months, John was extremely reliable and responsive, usually getting back to me within minutes including later in the evening and on several occasions also on the weekend. This gave me a lot of peace of mind, and I cannot thank him enough for this. My entire experience with John in particular and Healys LLP in general has been so positive that I have already recommended their services to several of my colleagues who are thinking about buying property as well.

My experience of this firm was that they were unprofessional in dealing with my case. Their behaviour gave me the impression that they were only working for themselves. My recommendation would be that others do not use this firm as my experience was a poor one from start to end.

Excellent service from Michael for my recent flat purchase! The attention to detail and comprehensive reports made me feel confident I had all the details I needed to make an informed purchase.
