I rang numerous firms, 10 now in total 8 offered to take my case. I did not want anyone really but Alistair, he was brilliant.

I have ptsd, from a wrongful conviction as a juvenile, the bitterness never leaves you. On ringing your firm, he was who I would want to instruct. Not sure if he is a barrister but he came across as someone unassuming, courteous and diligent. Concise logical and calming. I have encountered hundreds of lawyers since I was a child, I dislike every one of them.

Yet your firm have employed, what I can only describe as a new age lawyer someone who understands exactly what I was trying to relay, you clearly have him trained in dealing with trauma based clients ,as he kept me calm. How he did it, I will never know. My entire life I have come across people in the judiciary and one other person I liked was a Qc who has since died. He reminded me of Alistair. I hope I have spelt his name correctly. Unsure of his position, I just had to rate him as one of the best I have encountered.

Well mannered and whilst he could not take my case due to capacity, I delayed instructing the other firms in the hope he would change his mind. If I had a firm I would want him as a partner. Rare do you come across people like him and I am so sorry your too busy, I completely understand why, he delivered the news without causing me a huge disappointment. How he dealt with me and kept me so calm I do not know. I do hope one day I will read about him fighting civil injustices. I just know he is something extremely rare in law.
