Geoffrey Miller solicitors really helped me with my case. It was my first offence, I was extremely nervous and had no idea what to do. They took care of most things to represent me in court. The barrister I was provided was brilliant and made me feel so at ease at court. He spoke on my behalf and helped the courts take everything in consideration to get me the best deal. Can’t recommend enough.

I cannot recommend them highly enough. I “interviewed’ four firms to defend my son and dealt with the managing partner who was very impressive. Austin as our solicitor was always available, confident and detailed. Philip Lucas at trial is everything his bio states-the best in this area. We didn’t even get to a full trial as he dismantled their case and we had plenty in reserve. This came from being so detailed and knowledgable. It’s not cheap but worth every penny in difficult circumstances. I cannot recommend enough and their ratings of success have proved true! Thankyou, Thankyou! I hope we never need you again but if we do we will be straight back.

Let me start by saying I would recommend Geoffrey Miller solicitors with no hesitations 100%. I was stopped less than 1 hour later and deemed to be driving with excessive alcohol whilst driving home from work after chugging almost a bottle of wine quickly. I was extremely tired and stressed after been 'on call' that night and to rub salt in the wound I got an email that same evening that the company has gone 'Bust'. Geoffrey Miller Solicitors has handled my case extremely well, not only because I got acquitted of my unfortunate situation but because of the high level of communication verbally and written. Extremely professional and concise. Mr Austin is an integral part of this firm. He explained everything to me properly and his assuring way of not an acquittal which I got, but that they will be ardently exploring every detail and discrepancy no matter how small of the situation, to ensure a positive outcome in my favour. The entire team at Geoffrey Miller solicitors, from my first phone call to receptionist onwards didn't make you feel like just another case but expressed empathy and heartfelt concern, especially Mr Austin. I cannot put into words how grateful I am for the help Geoffrey Miller have given me. I got caught 7 years ago and then caught again 7 years later, which could have resulted in a 3 year ban (possibly more) and a fine and possibly community service. I run my own business and this had the potential to ruin my business and everything I have. I did a search for specialist solicitors and Geoffrey Millar came up first. I was obvs in a state of distress, but I spoke to Jeanette and she instantly put me at ease by talking through the event of arrest and assuring me that they had confidence to help. Naturally you feel sceptical I think that’s natural, however after the first call they kept in contact and it helped in making the decision to use Geoffrey Miller. I’ll be honest the fees can make you feel its a big risk, but then the success rate is high, so I took the plunge. John Ruane was my case manager and he always kept me informed and told me not to worry. It did take nearly a year to get to a decision (no fault of Geoffrey Miller, that’s just how it worked out) but I kept my licence during this time, which meant I could continue with my life, and I was looked after by some great people on preliminary court hearings and they too, were great! Today I have just been acquitted and case dismissed. Worth every penny, and now they are helping to get some court fees back, which is great! If you Need help, and you feel lost/stressed give these guys a call! and check out the success rate, it worked for me. I received a Notice of Intended Prosecution for speeding which I duly filled in and posted. It was only a few hours later that I realised that my husband and not I had been driving at the time of the offence. We both wrote to the Met Camera Processing Services explaining the error and asking that the matter be redirected to my husband. These had no affect and I then received an ‘invitation’ to attend a National Speed Awareness Course, which I could not do, since I had not been the driver. I then contacted Geoffrey Miller who were extremely helpful and reassuring, and as a result of an excellent letter they wrote to the Met Camera Processing Services, the matter was redirected to my husband. I was very impressed with the professionalism, speed and friendliness of the firm of Geoffrey Miller.

It was a very stressful situation for me especially being my second offence for drink driving within 10 years but from the outset I was looked after and reassured. Tara was super helpful and gave me all the information up front and a good breakdown of how the proceedings would go for me, which empowered me to make the decisions I needed to make and kept calm throughout. In the end I decided to plead guilty and Tom worked his magic in court with the magistrates and the CPS which saved me a good 12-18 months on my ban.
