Philip Landau grasped the complexities a desperate situation for me very quickly where I was facing a disciplinary action and likely dismissal. When I was recently navigating an exit from a former employer, I engaged Philip Landau to act as my legal representation. He expertly negotiated a number of points in the agreement, many of which I'd never even considered, and was able to secure a much more favourable outcome. He responded quickly to my numerous questions and allayed numerous concerns. In my opinion the amount of time he'd have spent going through documentation, speaking with me on the phone, responding to my former employer on my behalf etc over the course of a 10-day engagement far outweighed the fee he charged. I cannot recommend Philip Landau and Landau Law enough.

A professional, timely service
We were impressed by the advice we received from Philip and Isabella. The case involved a complex set of circumstances and we were concerned that it was a lot to ask in a short period of time. However, Philip not only assimilated the copious documentation sent to him but was able to highlight key areas because of his intellect and ‘smarts’. He has an infectious ‘can do’ attitude which is mixed with an invaluable dose of reality. Philip was fair, assiduous and let us know ‘both sides’ of the argument so we were informed and could make our own decisions. Operationally, all emails were responded to within 24 hours. This was so important as our case was timebound. We cannot thank Philip and Isabelle enough for their role in achieving a highly successful outcome.

I did a lot of due diligence before contacting Landau Law to take on my case as there are a number out there who seem reputable but the stand out quality, I believe, is that they only deal in employment law, nothing else. This to me makes them a specialist in this area of expertise and in the end I was fortunate to have a reasonable outcome.
After my case was reviewed I was assigned to Leanne Good where we setup a call and then continued from there throughout the length of my case.
Leanne was first class; professional, knowledgeable to a very high level, experience in dealing with my type of case (10+ years), empathetic, balanced and amazing at her job.
I can't speak highly enough of Leanne or Landau Law, I would highly recommend using their service, it's very straightforward, no nonsense and helpful.
It takes a lot to make that first step and make that contact about your HR issue, once you've done it you will feel a lot better about it and you'll get the right advice, in my opinion.
