Started my life in the UK, after 22 years, thanks to Naseem!

I came across Naseem at Landmark Legal LLP at a desperate time.

The Home Office had refused my Fresh Application for Asylum, close to Christmas, with just 14 days granted for appeal.

My solicitor at the time simply told me it wasn’t possible to achieve an appeal in the timeframe allocated, especially given the time of year and the complexity of the case.

By this point I have been in the UK for over 22 years and had countless numbers of solicitors and submitted countless numbers of applications and appeals, to no fruition.

Using the Law Society Search tool, I began calling various Law firms. Some refused to take on my case based on the merits, while others refused due to the urgency and some simply didn’t return my call.

However when I got through to Naseem at Landmark Legal LLP, I immediately knew she would be the one I want representing me and even saved her number as ‘Naseem Greatest Solicitor’, which is still how I have her number saved to this day.

Naseem begun by reassuring me and breaking down the tasks, in simple bitesize chunks and terminology I could understand. She outlined the actions I needed to achieve as well as those she would need to achieve. Consequently she got us breathing room we needed to submit a compelling appeal.

We begun working through the appeal and i could see how invested she was and how she saw my case as an injustice and poor decision.

After 22 years and many months of back and forth with the Home Office, Tribunal and many other obstacles that comes with dealing with the HO, I was able to finally get a positive outcome.

All throughout Naseem and the team at Landmark LLP treated me with compassion, empathy and respect. She explained patiently, honestly and openly the merits and risks of our next move. Most of all, she was available whenever I needed to get hold of her and never went without returning my calls or messages.

Naseem achieved for me what countless other legal representative could not, despite their best efforts and did this for me at a very reasonable cost I could afford.

I am forever grateful and would absolutely recommend Naseem and Landmark Legal LLP team, who all treated me well.

Best lawyer

Nassem is the best lawyer I have ever worked with. From our first meeting, she explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand and was always very responsive when I had questions outside of our meetings.
If anyone is looking for a knowledgeable attorney at a great price, then go to Nassem
