Awful telephone experience.
Absolutely awful solicitor firm. Spoke to them once. The housing solicitor was aggressive, argumentative, shouting, and rude - it was quite simply bizarre. I have never contacted a law firm and this has happened before. The housing solicitor was rude from the very second I spoke with her and when I phoned the reception to complain they were nonchalant and indifferent about it, This is not a professional firm of solicitors. They simply are not.
Maybe they think that speaking to vulnerable clients (I'm Autistic) in an aggressive manner indicates some form of power-play but for me, it was quite honestly, shocking. I was simply trying to clarify that they dealt with the area of law I was phoning about rather than travelling to London (where I am not based) only to be told they do not deal with it which would have wasted my time and money.
The woman was the most aggressive person I have ever spoken with and this is not what vulnerable clients need and especially those dealing with housing issues. I slammed the phone down on her after saying I do not know who she thinks she is speaking with.
I am urging you if you have a housing issue - do not use this firm. They have an aggressive, belligerent, cantankerous housing solicitor.
