Useless!!

My citizenship application was held for 1.5+ years so I went to OTS for help. They made me pay upfront to get a solicitor's help, even though I wanted to know first if they could help at all. Spent most of the time chasing them sometimes up to weeks! They didn't do anything different than what I was already doing.

Amazing Service from Dhaya

Dhaya has been an absolute breath of fresh air when applying for my spouse visa. She took away all the hassle, stress and was always a phone call away if needing anything urgent. She was thorough, direct and professional. I would recommend Dhaya a 1000x times over. I will be needing to renew my spousal visa again and there would be no other person I would go to but Dhaya. Most of these google reviews are fake and unverified. Used this firm a few years for a tenant dispute and they took £300 and provided ZERO value. Ruth Rauch is an incompetent awful solicitor and no one should use her EVER again.

My case involved applying for ILR under exceptional circumstances. Due to my family member's critical health condition, I had to remain in South Korea beyond the permitted absence period to support them during critical treatment. Despite initially planning to return to the UK, the admission to a much more specialised hospital required me to stay and assist my mother, who was the sole caregiver. My lawyer, Maryem Ahmed, effectively presented the humanitarian grounds behind my extended stay, highlighting the medical urgency and my family obligations.

Definitely recommend.

I cant not praise this firm enough.

Aisha represented us against our Landlord who refused to do any repairs despite broken sewage lines, mould, and damp throughout the property we reported the first week upon moving in.

Thanks to Aisha's hard work and dedication to our issues, we were able to come to an agreement with the landlord for our entire 6 months rent paid upfront, deposit, and leave the property for a safe home.

Aisha completed all of this work in a short time frame so that we were able to relocate easily and quickly.

HIGHLY recommend anyone with Rental/Landlord/Tenant issue to reach out and seek professional advice, you wont regret it and you will know your legal rights.
