Look somewhere else

My daughter and grandchildren have been absolutely traumatised and in an awful situation.
The solicitors for family law are an absolute disgrace in my opinion.
I thought a solicitor was meant to back up their client and work hard to provide the best service. I can't go into the situation but I honestly feel that the solicitor is against my family and very unsupportive and not being heard at all.
Trying to change solicitor but finding it difficult. Just don't go with this company to start with. They're really rude too have no empathy and over speak like we're lower than them because they have this job role (which they shouldn't be in). I really wish my family and I had a completely different experience so I could put something positive but honestly I really have seen nothing good at all from these rude people.

Excellent Highly Professional Solicitors

After having tried two previous solicitors from other companies I went to Philcox Gray virtually begging them to take my case on which was a Family Courts Matter, I explained in full my situation and it is a very emotional situation to have to try to explain, however I was given Miss Sephona Polson who accepted to take my case on, the sheer difference in Professionalism compared with other Solicitors I have used and got nowhere with in the past three and a half years was unbelievable, Miss Polson is precise, very clear , efficient and extremely knowlegable, I do not thinik there is anything that Miss Polson leaves unturned or missed whilst dealing with your case, her colleague Amina has been so patient and always so very understanding at what is one of the most stressful difficult issues any parent will ever need to face in their lifetime, and for that I am eternally grateful. I shall continue to use Philcox Gray in any legal matters I need dealing with and at such times where it is difficult to obtain Legal Aid Philcox Gray DO take on Legal Aid cases for people on Low Income. I can highly recomment this company, however due to how fantastic they are they are extremely busy so please bear this in mind if taking a case to them, they are fabulous solicitors and get a 5 star rating from myself , if you are looking for a Solicitor who knows family law inside out and who has worked in this specific field for 30 plus years and someone who is straight talking and wont sugar coat a situation and who understands your plight and is supportive throughout then please call them, you will not be disappointed, I am finally beginning to see a small light at the end of what has been a very dark tunnel and daily battle for myself and family thanks to Miss Polson and her collegues. I will be eternally grateful for all the help and support they have given me regarding my cases. My case is ongoing as I am writing this review and the outcome will follow, but I am extremely positive either or I will see my case move forward in some way thanks to their help.
