Our practice is primarily in relation to legal issues and disputes arising from the movement of goods whether by sea, road, air or rail. We act for cargo insurers and cargo interests; for road hauliers and logistics providers and their freight liability insurers; for forwarding agents, warehousing/storage companies and associated businesses in the marine/transport sector. We handle claims in the Commercial Court, County Courts as well as arbitrations under the London Maritime Arbitration Association Rules. We also advise hauliers, storage providers and logistics operators regarding non-contentious matters - such as conditions of business and logistics contracts. We seek to offer excellent advice at a fair cost.
