Outstanding experience with Truelegal for a complicated share purchase of an asset, planned to be hived up. The brief was understood totally which was a breath of fresh air. Martin was always available to clarify items and got the deal completed when at times it looked like it all may come undone. It was also convenient to be able to get the PG done in house as well. I would also like to give thanks to Alison, Martins Secretary, for our regular phone calls.

The long road to selling up

As a small business owner, with 20 years under my belt and a great deal of self-sacrifice to ensure a successful company, it's a big step to selling your business. After taking advice from my agent I selected True Legal to act on my behalf and they were both extremely professional and friendly at the same time! There is a huge amount of legal 'speak' involved and my solicitor was was extraordinarily helpful in explaining and how to do things and cutting through all the jargon to simplify matters.

Martin was very professional, approachable and calm and helped smooth my journey through my small business sale. He had a very practical and balanced attitude guiding me through all the legal jargon in a way that made it understandable. His communications were good and he responded quickly to any queries I had. An obvious statement but selling a business isn't an easy process. However, if it's not something you've done before it would be easy to think it's straightforward. It's not. When we first approached Martin he took the time to listen to our story and then asked probing but essential questions that soon helped us see the reality of what was before us. Martin guided us through every step, he was there for us when the process got challenging and most importantly his legal advice was top notch. Martin is more than a solicitor; he's a solicitor who has the human touch and who understands the emotions the seller goes through and then stands by your side. Selling our business had its challenges but Martin was always on the end of the phone to guide us. He worked tirelessly with the buyers solicitors to get the result we needed. We couldn't have done it without Martin. A top guy who looks after you.

I totally trust Martin and have the utmost respect for his knowledge and skills as a solicitor in the area of buying and selling businesses. He worked closely with me, on a fixed fee basis, to help sell my document scanning business to a multi-billion dollar US company entering the UK market. I absolutely loved working through the process and having Martin as an advisor was extremely valuable and an absolute pleasure. When you travel a few hundred miles to some swish firms offices on the 20 something floor and are presented with tables full of documents and a team of lawyers on their side, it just helps to have your grounding-rod (Martin) with you making sure you’re topped with Costa and positivity – thank you Martin!”

After a few emails, I finally got through to Martin, who then pass my situation over to Martin Truman, after he promised to get email with what I needed to get the ball moving, then nothing.

Tryed calling and emailing a few time afters that and kept getting either ignored or told Martin would get back to me. Still nothing back 3 months later.

Martin repressed Nick Spysznyk and also paid for nicks rent in our house. Martin confirmed many times over the phone that Nick would be getting money and was good for his word, ITS ALL LIES.

Martin Truman is the solicitor that backs and puts his name to all of Spysznyk’s “businesses” just take a look on companies house.

If you hear the names Nick Spysznyk and “his solicitor” Martin Truman then run a mile.

Spysznyk and Truman fed us a complete web of lies about amazing job opportunities and multi million pound business deals and property purchases.

They even had a contract of employment written up for my partner, signed and sealed by Martin Truman.

Nick Spysznyk is TOTALLY BROKE he has zero money and zero assets, there are no “funds being drawn down”, it’s all a complete con that Truman is entwined with, trulegal give Spysznyk’s documents legitimacy but it’s all for and lies.

Martin before you come on here and lie that you were not aware or involved then please remember it was you and your company that was paying for nicks rent in the beginning.

You now owe us over £6k in unpaid rent and bills.

Between yourself and nick you are destroying peoples lives, there is a huge line of people waiting for justice because of you and him.

Don’t be surprised when there’s a Netflix documentary about all of this.

I cannot express enough how pleased we were with the service provided by True Legal. Extremely thorough, comprehensive and professional in all the work they conducted for us.
