I never thought that TSABI would take on my case - in my case *(pun not intended), against the prospect of potential homelessness, especially because there were literally 48 hours left before the hearing. And that wasn't entirely my fault - it was mostly down to: my lack of knowledge and experience in legal matters, bad timing and just pure bad luck. Even before things (the preparation for the case for property possession) got underway, the staff at TSABI were very helpful, so I kept them in mind. A couple of days after my initial enquiry and after a little procrastination, I went ahead and enlisted their help. Even though they cost more than legal aid, they have been more than helpful - I wouldn't hesitate to re-engage their legal services. Well done the team at TSABI!!!

"Misleading, Unprofessional, and Incompetent – AVOID TSABI LTD!"

**"Avoid TSABI Ltd at all costs. They assured me of experienced representation for my criminal trial but failed me catastrophically. Despite being instructed months in advance and paid in full, I only had a rushed 20-minute pre-trial meeting on the day of the trial. The solicitor assigned to me admitted she was briefed just one day before trial, was unprepared, and ultimately withdrew mid-trial, leaving me to represent myself in court.

TSABI falsely advertises having four offices in London, including Ealing, and a dedicated in-house legal team of barristers and criminal lawyers. Despite my repeated requests to meet this supposed team, this never happened. Their lack of preparation, accountability, and professionalism has left me with a criminal record, the loss of my job, and immense emotional distress. TSABI's promises of expert care and preparation were nothing but false advertising. Do not entrust them with your case."**

We are sorry to hear that you feel let down by your experience with us. We understand that this has been a difficult and stressful situation for you, and we sincerely regret that you are unhappy with the outcome. That said, we must clarify certain points as we dispute your claims. You made full payment only the day before trial, yet we dedicated significant time to your case well in advance. We held numerous meetings and calls with you, spending hours reviewing your matter—not just 20 minutes on the trial day. Our solicitor was fully prepared and confirmed this to you before the trial began. The solicitor’s withdrawal was due to what was said and done during the trial, which we are unable to disclose due to legal professional privilege and client confidentiality. However, we want to reassure you that this decision was not made lightly and was not due to any lack of preparation or commitment on our part. Our firm operates four offices as advertised, and our director personally met with you in our Ealing office, in addition to numerous telephone discussions. While we appreciate how disappointing this outcome must be for you, it was not due to any failure on our part. We genuinely wish you the best moving forward. TSABI Ltd

Best firm I have worked out of many in the span of 10 years.

This review is for a different branch.

I had engaged several legal firms, before working with TSABI and getting advice from them regarding a potential negligence claim. Prior to TSABI, all other firms, charged exorbitant fees without providing me with any tangible/actionable legal advice. But after searching for years, I came across TSABI, and they helped me with the case all the way through. This included the preliminary evaluation and providing a clear picture of the case's potential. As the matter developed, they also made sure to keep me updated and reassured. In the end, I was able to recover a sizable amount of money owed to me without having to go to court and incur the associated risks as they secured an out-of-court settlement for me. They were also fully prepared to take the matter to trial had the case not been settled. I honestly couldn't be happier with the service I received.

Hello
I was arrested for kidnapping in April this year.Case is very complicated after my arrest court joined me with my Co defendants and trials was to start in Oct.Its 3 weeks trials.I am very lucky I got the tsabi solicitors.Mr Shiraz chowdury was my solicitor and Miss G levson was my barrister.This is my first ever encounter with the court and police in my life.I was in depression and lost every single hope to get out of the prison.Tsabi solicitors tried their best when I spoken with my solicitor he told me you don't have to worry because you are in good hands and said you will be out in Oct after winning this case.After reading my case files he said just stay calm and be ready for the trials.This team worked so hard and deal with the case professionally.My case been dropped 10 days before the trials.I am very happy with their services and never going to forgot what they did for me.They helped me in every way when ever I need to speak they are always available to advise me.
