We worked with Gilian for a few months and found her to be very responsive and pro-active. Chasing all parties as and when required. Keeping everyone updated of prgress and and delays.

Gillian was very good at finding solutions to any challenges.

We found everything went smoothly and legal explanations provided

We would not hesitate to work with Gillian again and recomend her to friends and family

Buyer Beware….Steer clear of Gillian White at all costs!

A very straight forward post-marital transfer of title made complicated by Gillian White herself. Numerous promises that the job was in hand, that the Land Registry had been sent documentation and applications lodged, none of which were true. September 2022 was the instruction, still waiting January 2023 when Land Registry confirmed for the second time that still nothing has been received. Refused to send me original paperwork so I can take the business elsewhere. When I threatened formal complaint papers finally sent to Land Registery. However, February 2023 and I am still waiting for anyone from the law firm to let me know (I only know from contact direct from LR). I doubt I will ever see any formal paperwork or completion without more threats and/or a formal complaint. I expect there won’t be any deduction for the amount of time they have wasted or stress caused. Steer clear from this firm!!!

Unprofessional & Unethical

I hired Gillian White in July 2015 for
1.Reconveyance on a property I was buying and
2.Extension of lease hold on another property I owned.

My experience with her was frustration and unacceptable.
First she up on the property address I was buying, which she later had to corect after property was reconvened.
Additionally she had agreed to a 600 pound fee But charged 700 in the final billing
and never refunded the additional 100 pounds.

On the matter of extension of lease she never applied to the Freeholder nor finish the job and left me in a limbo and never offered a clear and precise explanation .

I would never use this solicitor again and nor should anyone else.
