Wixted & Co handled our claim for negligence Mark Cosgrove handled our case. He was clear, direct and professional through out - keeping us regularly updated and putting us in the picture. They delivered a result exactly as promised when he took the case on - fighting our corner with our best interests at heart. We couldn't recommend his services highly enough.

Success on previously refused Covid insurance claim
This review is for a different branch.
We were contacted by Wixted & co about a previously refused insurance claim, they were willing to act Ona no win no fee basis. At first we were concerned as you hear so many bad things about this concept. But we went ahead. We found Mark Cosgrove to be very competent, he acted quickly and proactively, was pleasant to deal with and best of all he won the claim for us.
We are impressed
