Sam and Caroline were brilliant, did all the could to navigate delays caused by the buyers mortgage brokers and the estate agents. It took over 5 months for us to complete. The one portal is helpful and we already got a prompt response to progress queries. Sam and Caroline were always quick to chase to the purchasers solicitors to get updates from then too. All in all, they kept on top of things.

I say this truly with my whole heart as someone who is in their 20s still learning about this whole “adult life” and “adult responsibilities” I struggled to understand certain things when it comes to buying a house and stressed over and over about it however my solicitors Sam and Caroline have done an outstanding job to keep me in the loop , constant emails regarding updates, news or just a simple reminder of things it was so lovely to see all the effort and time put into their customer.
