I was a first time buyer and I faced a number of complications during the sale, including dealing with sellers who did not have the correct paperwork and seemed incredibly unmotivated to progress. If you want communication avoid completely, numerous calls mainly go to answerphone or they are on lunch! In person meeting full of promises that Ryan would reply same afternoon, yes we have had nothing, looking to change solicitors as soon as possible, would have been minus scoring but google hasn't that option at present. AVOID

​Extremely professional and efficient service for my property sale. The team handled all contracts and legalities flawlessly and kept me updated every step of the way. Seamless experience from start to finish—highly recommended!

We had just completed on our property and Lloyd and Solomon was fantastic. We didn't really have to email alot for updates which was fantastic as it was obviously they actioned their work extremely quickly. Our purchase completed in 27 days I think which is really quick considering our first two properties fell through. Very pleased.

My wife and I used SB Lawyers for conveyancing on our first house, and we were well looked after. Lisa and Abby-May were great at staying in touch which we appreciated, and both were excellent at explaining the process and all the forms in language that was easy to understand. Lisa was particularly helpful at the start, when I explained that my wife and I are neurodivergent and we were finding the whole process overwhelming, Lisa spent time on the phone with me, talking me through everything and really taking the time to make sure I understood what was needed of me. Even though I'm sure this was one of many transactions that were being handled at the same time, I do feel like we were given proper attention and the whole process was about as smooth as it could have been. I should be clear that there were the same delays that I have learned I would expect of any conveyancing service, but I would certainly recommend them for this service nonetheless!
