    I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The solicitor initially agreed to take on my case, which gave me the reassurance that I had legal representation during a very important and time-sensitive period. However, shortly before my visa was due to expire, she told me that she would no longer be able to take my case because she had too many cases and an excessive workload. This left me in an extremely difficult and stressful position, having to urgently find alternative legal representation with very little time remaining. What I find particularly frustrating is that the workload issue should have been considered before accepting my case in the first place. If there was not enough capacity to properly handle my case, I would have much rather been told this from the beginning so that I could have found another solicitor without being placed under unnecessary pressure. Being dropped at such a critical stage caused me a significant amount of stress and uncertainty. Based on my experience, I was very disappointed with how my case was handled.
