Disappointed with the service when selling my house. I expected clearer guidance, but communication was slow and I constantly had to chase for updates. I even had to follow up on things that should have been handled by the solicitor, including Help to Buy. Responses felt abrupt, harsh and I didn’t feel supported or advised throughout the process.
My Son purchased his first home and we were recommended Burch Phillips & Co. Amazing solicitors and totally happy with the recommendation. Would happily recommend them to anyone.

I would not waste my time with this company when I try asking for help/ I need you do some work for me. 3 times I try 🤷🏾♀️. I Was not even worthy of make me an appointment. They never got back they would take name and number . I couldn’t even get a quote even
