Dedicated Work for a Successful Outcome
I would just like to say thank you for all of your hard work and dedication to bringing about a good result for myself. It has been a long journey and quite emotional and extremely stressful. We used Neves to purchase our first house. Our main communication was with Jackie who was helpful and responsive. We were impressed with the service overall although we did have a few occasions with slow replies/updates. Once we were close to the end of the process the service was very good and very prompt action was taken. As first time buyers, we would’ve benefited from a bit more explanation, however we would still recommend Neves and we would use them again.
