Review of Tracy Bunn

Finding the words to express the depth of Tracy's excellence throughout my journey within the family court system feels like an insurmountable task.

Tracy embodied an unparalleled level of professionalism, coupled with a profound sense of empathy and understanding. Her guidance was not only grounded in legal expertise but also infused with a genuine concern for my well-being. She delicately balanced compassion with pragmatism, offering invaluable advice when necessary to steer me away from paths that might hinder the larger objectives of the case.

Throughout the arduous span of 14 months, Tracy remained unwaveringly dedicated and accessible, consistently surpassing the expectations of her professional role. In every interaction, she exemplified a commitment to excellence that surpassed mere obligation, leaving me profoundly grateful for her unwavering support and expertise. Tracy's stewardship transcended the conventional role of a solicitor, embodying a rare blend of competence, compassion, and dedication that I could not have fathomed finding elsewhere.

However, one aspect often overlooked in reviews is her exceptional emotional and practical support. Over the past 14 months, amidst a whirlwind of emotions, ranging from anxiety to panic, I found myself constantly questioning if each step I took was in the best interest of our child. Tracy consistently provided a steadying presence, gently guiding me back to reality while validating my feelings. Moreover, she presented a range of solutions, offering clarity and reassurance within this tumultuous journey.

This is where Tracy truly distinguishes herself from the plethora of solicitors available. Her ability to empathise and provide tangible support sets her apart as an invaluable asset.

Tracy epitomises the ethos of Ronaldsons, exemplifying their familial, empathetic approach. I wholeheartedly endorse both Tracy and the firm to anyone navigating the complexities of the Family Court system.

In a testament to Tracy's exceptional guidance, I, against considerable odds as a father, achieved a 50/50 shared care agreement for our child, a dream come true, week on week off. This remarkable outcome is a direct result of Tracy's unwavering support and expertise.

From the depths of my heart, I extend my sincerest gratitude. Tracy, you not only secured victory in my case but bestowed upon me the greatest gift of all, reunification with my family.

Thank you, profoundly and genuinely.

Poor service! Let us down!

Instructed ronaldsons to help us with paying off an equity loan, after a month of sending them paperwork and also paying them money which I never got back! then decided they were coming out of doing property law, and we had to start the process all over again with another solicitor, avoid them at all costs very unprofessional in my opinion and getting a reply from them is non existent!
They Handed us over to another solicitor and ronaldsons said they had agreed to match the price and this is not the case

Really professional and knowledgeable

Tracy has been absolutely fantastic at supporting me throughout a very stressful court case. She was always very understanding of my financial situation, and took care to keep me well informed. Tracy helped guide me through many forms and legal documents in order to prepare for court hearings, and did a brilliant job in representing me in court, getting my son and I the outcome we desperately needed. I can't thank Tracy enough for her hard work, and would strongly recommend her to anyone needing legal support in the Family Courts.

If I could give a minus, I would

Wills and probate - regarding my mother's probate.
It took almost six months for them to even do the paperwork, when I had done 90% of it already. As I found out later, most of everything involved was not explained to me. There was mistake after mistake, resulting in it taking over 32 weeks for probate to be grant (I'm still waiting), usual wait is 16 weeks. I had to correct the basic of paperwork. They didn't pay the probate office until 16 weeks after they should have done, resulting in a very distressing time.
They can't recruit, they actually have no one in place at the moment, do deal with wills/probate.
I would avoid at ALL COST
