From beginning to end Kate, Brittany & Lisa have been amazing. They not only offered legal advice but were very sensitive to my situation. They listened and supported me in every way possible and kept me updated with any news whether by email or phone call. I was always guided in the right direction and was not just told what I wanted to hear. It made a big difference that they believed me and did all they could for me and my children. This led to the very best outcome for my children and also myself.

I contacted Nicki for her to take over my case from another law firm, this was a very stressful time as more than twelve months had gone by with no sign of a resolution and I was loosing faith in the legal process, Nicki very soon regained my confidence and started to understand and offer expert advice on what I thought to be a complex and difficult case, her strong , fair but warm approach made the process much easier for me to focus on my role in the case, I was kept up to date at all times, both Harriet and Lynne gave me excellent support with there expertise when Nicki was unavailable making a very professional and compassionate team, I cannot recommend Nicki and Jones Myers highly enough for the service they have provided .
