Please do not go with this company they will call you ask you what happened and then update via a portal and then not even take your full injurys into the claim they will then say you didn't tell your full diagnosis on the phone even though you are undergoing treatment from your accident. A year I've been waiting for responses and to be offered a silly amount of £600 and when I complain they basically tell me I can only claim for what I told them on the phone. Now there only going in for £500 then they take there ridiculous 35% so what's the point if your accident gives you life long injurys and the other party takes full responsibility too they basically bully you to accept well nal Im now seeking other advice I'm going to be cobtaing the obistman and I will be seeking legal advice for client negligence

Absolutely shocking. I have left my review on here in January about their lack of communication, support, customer service. I have been dealing with NAL since August 2022 since I was hit by another driver which they have ADMITTED. But NAL thinks after 2 YEARS of dealing with my claim that I have been fundamentally lying!!!!! I have had doctors notes about my accident and even my Physiotherapists has emailed into NAL confirming his assessments on me, treatment, so now he is upset as they are making out I couldn't have had substained the injuries I said!!! So now it comes across they think my physio is not telling the truth! UNBELIEVABLE. NAL have already UPHELD TWO COMPLAINTS that I have sent in the past 2 Years which proves they have been extremely poor and not being helpful or professional. Now they want £2500 from me to pay them, yet I AM the Victim. Your comments said that you are sorry about my negative review and to contact your Resolution Team. Well, I have on several occasions to inform you I will not be paying your invoice when I have done nothing wrong. Yet all you seem to reply is "sorry we couldn't agree so please pay up". I have contacted the Legal Ombudsmen who have now taken on my case to fight you! So please inform me what exactly do you want me to write into your Complaints Department again ?? What are you willing to do or change about this case??? As I will NOT be paying your invoice. So I am baffled why you want me to write in again to your Complaints Team when i have been doing so since October? Are you going to cancel your invoice now the Legal Ombudsmen is now investigating? Plus I'm aware that they have had previous complaints about your Company so I know I am not alone. I await your response. Please feel free to email me about my case and inform me your invoice will be cancelled when I am the victim, not the liar!

ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT READ ANONYMOUS REVIEWS AS THEY ARE FAKE. I WISH I NEVER DEALT WITH THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY. THEY TOOK 7 MONTHS AT ONE STAGE JUST TO RESPOND AFTER I SENT NUMEROUS MESSAGES. I WAS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT AND THEY WILLINGLY TOOK MY CASE ON WITHOUT INVESTIGATING. THEY SENT ME TO 2 X INDEPENDANT MEDICAL OFFICERS WHO CONFIRMED MY INJURIES. ALSO MY DOCTOR WAS CONTACTED ON THE DAY OF THE ACCIDENT AND NOTED MY CONDITIONS. LASTLY MY PHYSIOTHERAPIST HAS ALL HIS NOTES SINCE 2022 AND CONFIRMED HIS EXPERTISE ON MY TREATMENT. I HAVE COMPLAINED TWICE TO NAL COMPLAINTS TEAM WHO HAVE "UPHELD" MY COMPLAINTS DUE TO THEIR POOR COMMUNICATION, LACK OF EMPATHY, POOR SERVICE, TERRIBLE ADVICE. AS SOON AS I TOLD THEM IN SEPTEMBER I WONT BE PAYING THEIR 35% COMMISSION THEY TURNED ON ME. THEY WERE HOPING TO GET ME OVER £4000 BUT NOW THEY ARE STATING THAT I AM "FUNDEMENTALLY DISHONEST" AND BREACHED THEIR CONTRACT. THEY HAVE NOW INVOICED ME £4200 WHICH IS TOTALLY SHOCKING, DISTRESSING AND DISGUISTING. I HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS INVOICE AS I HAVE TOLD THE TRUTH AND HAVE EVIDENCE BACKING ME UP. I EVEN TOLD THEM TO CLOSE MY CASE IN JUNE 2024 AS I WAS FED UP. WHICH THEY IGNORED. THEY HAVE NOW INVOICED ME £2300 TO PAY WITHIN 14 DAYS. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING. I HAVE NOW COMPLAIINED TO THE FINANCIAL OMBUDSMEN AND SOLICITORS REGULARATORY AUTHORITY (SRA). NAL HAVE CAUSED ME IMMENSE STRESS, ANXIETY AND MENTAL STRESS WITH SLEEPLESS NIGHTS. I WILL FIGHT THEM TO THE BITTER END AS I AM THE VICTIM AND HAVE TOLD THE TRUTH.

I'll keep it simple. This company should not be trading. Communication poor. Online system only so noone talks to you. All they want is money and not the best outcome for the client. I'm taking NAL to small claims for falling my claim at every step. Read the honest review and not the annomonus ones!

Patricia Westwalewicz was really patient dealing with my case . I believe she battled hard to get the compensation that I finally received. She was placed under a lot of pressure down to my poor timing management and still pulled through for me .
