James & West Law took my case after my Union declined to support me, Michael got straight to work and took all the information regarding my case to formulate a ‘letter before action’ to my former Employer on time to launch with ACAS. Was easy to liaise with Michael to co-ordinate responses with my former Employer. He was laser focused and not distracted by anything trying to knock him off his game. On a phone interview with the opposing solicitor and judge Michael was sharp and pushed back when needed directing the judge to the correct pages of relevant paperwork being discussed. My ET1 was put together well, I only had to tweak around the edges with all interactions with my former Employer, Michael’s knowledge of Employment law was a key asset and the responses were always well written and strong. There was plenty of notice about payments and done so in a polite manner. I only ever used the free initial call service. Whistleblowing (and being victimised for it) is a very stressful and lonely ordeal. Lorraine got back quickly and is a delight to speak to, very gentle and reassuring.
