Owain and his team are truly the best lawyers you can work with. I had the pleasure to work with Owain twice for 2 different immigration and visa cases that both of them were successful and went really well. Throughout the process, Owain was always very professional, attentive and knowledgeable. He was very patient and also helpful. At every stage of the case, he was clearly explaining the whole process and keeping me updated and informed with his simple and straightforward explanation. He is always available and accessible and replies to your queries as quickly as possible. I could always trust him and never regretted listening to his advice. I will definitely recommend Owain and will definitely get back to him if I need another legal advice.

Thanks for the kind feedback Badri.
I entrusted my Indefinite Leave to Remain application to Joclyn and Joseph, and the experience was markedly different from my previous dealings with less professional immigration advisors. From the outset, they demonstrated a high level of expertise, organisation, and attention to detail. Every aspect of the process was handled methodically: they clearly explained the requirements, ensured that all supporting documentation was complete and compliant, and maintained a structured timeline so that nothing was delayed or overlooked. What stood out most was their professionalism and reliability. Communication was consistent and transparent throughout, which gave me confidence at each stage of the application. All documents were prepared and submitted on time, and I felt fully supported during what can often be a stressful process. Thanks to their diligence and competence, the entire application process proceeded smoothly. I am genuinely grateful for their support and would strongly recommend their services to anyone seeking trustworthy and professional immigration advice.
Thank-you very much Ali, we appreciate your feedback.

We applied for Indefinite Leave to Remain as a family of four and we are very pleased with the service provided by Baya Immigration Legal Services. From the very beginning, Jocelyn was a true professional — calm, knowledgeable and reassuring. She clearly understood our situation, explained everything in a straightforward way and made the whole process feel much easier than we expected. The pricing was also very reasonable and more competitive compared to other firms we considered, which gave us additional confidence in choosing them. Our case was handled by Jon White, who was excellent throughout. He was always responsive, polite and supportive. Whenever we had questions or needed clarification, he took the time to explain everything clearly and with patience, which we really appreciated. The whole process for our family went smoothly and without complications, thanks to their professionalism and organisation. We would definitely recommend Baya Immigration Legal Services to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality immigration support. Thank you to everyone involved — we truly appreciate your work!
