Deborah presented a friendly and professional manner which immediately put me at ease. She had been highly recommended by a friend whose Will had also been attended to, thus I already felt confident. I was delighted and surprised by the expert and comprehensive knowledge imparted to me, with detailed explanations about inheritance tax and charitable donations, along with an empathetic understanding about the more personal aspects of any bequest. I sensed that her time and the responses to my uninformed questions were freely given, eliminating any stress I may have felt about discussing such a sensitive subject. An additional bonus was that after a lengthy and pleasant meeting at Deborah's office, she made a home visit to finalise matters, saving me the bother of making another trip.
