Do not use this firm, seriously
I used this firm for probate following the death of my mother in 2020. They failed to fill in forms correctly, failed to communicate properly or follow instructions, lost important documents and charged me for things they did not do. When I complained they did not respond to the letter and I had to resort to the Ombudsman - which takes years. Only after the Ombudsman's intervention did I get a reply to my complaint, via an undated letter full of waffle, such as the reason they repeatedly failed on simple things such as spelling our name correctly was because of the pandemic!! Only then did they return the papers they withheld from me, and some essential ones were missing. On first meeting, they failed to inform me of what fees they planned to charge (finally it was almost 7k sterling). The main person dealing with the case did not tell me she was about to retire, then after she left, her colleagues were either not properly briefed or were simply incapable of doing their jobs. An utter disgrace.
