I had an excellent experience with benchmark legal. We applied for a spousal visa and had some issues on our end but Waqas was very helpful and went over and beyond to help resolve our issues. He rang the home office on our behalf multiple times, and kept us in the loop. He was very patient with all our questions and queries which made it a stress free experience. We had a successful application all thanks to Waqas. I would highly recommend them. They are very professional, helpful and knowledgable. Thanks!

I had a very good experience with Benchmark Legal. Khomar and Waqas are highly professiona, they listen carefully to every detail and provide expert advice to help streamline your case. If you choose Benchmark Legal, I highly recommend working with Waqas. He is responsive, dedicated, and truly passionate about his work. Waqas handled two cases for me: first, my ILR (Indefinite Leave to Remain), and second, my in-laws' visit visa. Thanks to his expert advice, both cases were successful, alhamdulillah. To elaborate further, my in-laws' visa was initially refused, which left me and my wife very panicked and stressed, as we were not expecting that outcome. However, Waqas did a tremendous job.
